Costa Inc, formerly A. T. Cross Company is a designer and marketer of branded personal accessories, including writing instruments, reading glasses, personal and business accessories and sunglasses. The Company's Cross Optical Group (COG) consists of its wholly owned subsidiary, Cross Optical Group, Inc. and is the legal entity of the Company's two sunglass brands: Costa and Native. The Company's COG designs, manufactures and markets polarized sunglasses under the brand names Costa and Native. The Company's brands offer sunglasses in more than 75 styles and 25 lens options. In September 2013, the Company sold its Cross Accessory Division and the rights to the A.T. Cross name, which was associated with the writing instrument business. Effective February 3, 2014, Essilor International SA acquired Costa Inc.

Cleco Corporate Holdings LLC, formerly Cleco Corporation, is a public utility holding company. The Company's segments include Cleco Power and Other. Cleco Power is a regulated electric utility company that owns over 10 generating units with a total nameplate capacity of approximately 3,330 megawatts (MW) and serves approximately 287,000 customers in Louisiana through its retail business and supplies wholesale power in Louisiana and Mississippi. The Company, through its subsidiaries, owns one transmission substation in Louisiana and one transmission substation in Mississippi. Cleco Power is engaged in the generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electricity within Louisiana. The Company's focus is the Borden Gold project, a gold discovery located near Chapleau, Ontario. The project contains a constrained indicated resource of 1.60 million ounces of gold averaging 5.39 g/t Au (grams per ton gold) and an additional constrained Inferred Resource of 0.43 million ounces of gold averaging 4.37 g/t Au, at a 2.5 g/t Au cut-off grade. The Company's Black Creek Chromite project is located in the James Bay Lowlands. The project contains a measured and indicated resource of 8.645 million tones averaging 37.41% Cr2O3 and an additional inferred 1.6 million tones averaging 37.78% Cr2O3. It has three patented mineral claims in the Borden Gold Project; mineral rights comprising a total of 33 patented mineral claims around the Borden Gold Project, and all mineral rights at the Borden Gold Project comprising 450 patented claims.
