About Venoco
Venoco, Inc. is an independent energy company primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration, exploitation and development of oil and natural gas properties. The Company's principal properties are located both onshore and offshore Southern California, onshore in California's Sacramento Basin and onshore along the Gulf Coast of Texas. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had proved reserves of approximately 98.3 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBOE). On February 2, 2009, the Company sold its Hastings Complex to Denbury Resources Inc.
