USA Synthetic Fuel Corporation (USASF) is a development-stage environmental energy company. USASF is focused on the development of clean energy solutions through the deployment and operation of commercial Ultra Clean Btu Converter facilities which are facilities utilizing a series of processes to convert solid hydrocarbons such as coal, renewables or petcoke into ultra-clean energy products. The Company’s projects include the Lima Energy project and the Cleantech Energy project. Lima Energy Company, its wholly owned subsidiary, has begun the development of the Ultra Clean Synthetic Crude (UCSC) production facility in Lima, Ohio (the Lima Facility). The Lima Facility is being developed in two phases, which is called as Lima Energy Gas 1 (Gas 1), and Lima Energy Gas 2 (Gas 2). The third project that the Company has identified is a synthetic fuel production facility in Johnson County, Wyoming.
